This production of Alice in Wonderland was directed on Broadway by Eva LeGallienne and then later filmed for PBS television starring Richard Burton as the White Knight. His daughter performed opposite him in the title role. The White Knight is vacuum-formed in opaque white kydex so that it is light enough to wear throughout an evening's performance.
