The Greaseball costume from Starlight Express was inspired by early diesel and electric railroad engines. All these items were first sculpted in clay or other media from detailed research and then vacuum-formed in Kydex. Costume Armour worked in conjunction with Parsons-Meares costume shop on this project. Notice the extraordinary detail incorporated into these pieces while keeping them lightweight and safe to wear.
