Automated Avon Mascara

This gigantic mascara was built for a promotional display. The new Avon product features a bending mascara wand. Costume Armour sculpted the 6 foot tall bottle and wand with automation. The mascara tip had a continuous motion that was designed and executed by our machine shop. Sculpted in styrofoam and plaster, vac-formed in Kydex and assembled with wood, aluminum and steel. Painted with autobody gloss black and lettered with custom cut mylar letters.
